You can request deletion of your SmartTijara account and associated data, including information stored through an authorized Instagram integration, by contacting us using the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Contact SmartTijara at ayoub.kaddioui.eng@gmail.com.
- Use the email subject “SmartTijara Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the email address associated with your SmartTijara account and indicate whether you want your account and all associated data deleted or a specific set of data deleted.
- SmartTijara will verify the request before deleting data where verification is required. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to confirm that you own the account or are authorized to make the request.
- Once verified as required, we will process the deletion request. Data that must legally or operationally be retained may be kept only when necessary, and only for as long as that requirement continues.
Please do not include passwords, access tokens, or other credentials in your request.
Disconnecting Instagram
Disconnecting Instagram does not necessarily delete information previously stored in SmartTijara. To delete your SmartTijara account or stored data, explicitly request account or data deletion using the steps above.
These instructions apply to data held by SmartTijara. To manage data held by Instagram or Meta, use the relevant platform's account and privacy controls.
